I usually sail in the Puget Sound, but I've crashed through waves in places from MIT's sailing pavilion to the docks of San Juan Island, WA.

I've worked as a sailing instructor at the Corinthian Yacht Club of Seattle, and was captain of my high school's varsity sailing team. I also once capsized a boat three times during one race.

I mostly sail FJs, but I have a great time in V15s, 420s, and Lasers when I get the chance.

Beyond my experience coding, I've also done work administrating small Minecraft servers.

This includes cost and compute optimization, in addition to analyzing issues like latency and network bottlenecks.

In the Spring of 2025, I worked with Cal Poly ASI Student Government, where I set up, maintained, and administrated a Minecraft server instance for a series of community events.

I also set up and adminstrated my high school's official Minecraft server.

I play the popular card game Magic: The Gathering. I mostly do EDH and Modern, dabbling in Oathbreaker and cube.

I'm a certified tournament Judge, meaning that I oversee events and manage the complicated rules & policy interactions that occur in tournament gameplay.

I've worked at several events in the greater Seattle area, including two ComicCons and a $20K RCQ / ReCQ at MXP Tacoma.
(MXP had 400+ players per event!)

I’ve also competed in tournaments, and have two top 8 placements in Modern Regional Championship Qualifiers.
